3/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cup sugar
4 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 2/2 cup flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 lb white raisins
1 lb diced mixed fruit

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, and sugar gradually, add beaten eggs. Add all the raisins and fruit to all the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly with hands in a large bowl. Add this mixture of raisins, fruit and dry ingredients to butter, sugar and egg mixture alternating with milk. Bake in a lined, greased tube pan. 375 º for 15 min, then 300 for 1 1/2 hours. It keeps well.
