Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1-1/2 pounds very lean beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp minced garlic or 2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 head cabbage, coarsely chopped
8 ounce can tomato sauce
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Put the ground beef cooking in a heavy skillet over high heat; spread it out to cover the bottom of the pan so it cooks more quickly. Add the onion and garlic, and cook, stirring and turning beef so it cooks evenly. Cover the pan and cook while you chop the cabbage. Stir cabbage into the browning beef a bit at a time- it will come close to overwhelming your skillet. Continue to turn over the beef and vegetables for even cooking. Re-cover the pan.
Uncover the pan, and stir the meat mixture When the cabbage is starting to wilt, stir in the tomato sauce, lemon juice and seasonings. Re-cover, simmer 5 min and serve.
