2 1/4 cups Bisquick baking mix
3 tbsp sugar
2/3 cup skim milk
3 tbsp melted butter
sweetened sliced strawberries
whipped topping

Directions:
Heat oven to 425º. stir together baking mix, sugar, butter and milk until soft dough forms. Drop by spoonfuls onto baking sheet. Bake 10-12 min or until golden brown. Split warm shortcakes; fill and top with strawberries and whipped topping.©
