1/2 loaf Italian bread, cut into 1 in cubes
1 1/2 cups ham cut into 1/2 in cubes
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 cup red or green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup sliced green onions
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
10 eggs lightly beaten
3 cups milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Layer half each of the bread, cheese, ham, mushrooms, pepper and onion in the bottom of a baking dish. Repeat layers. Lightly beat eggs, whisk in milk and seasoning,until well blended. Slowly pour egg mixture evenly over layered ingredients. Cover with foil, refrigerate several hours or overnight. Remove foil. Preheat oven to 350º, bake 55-60 min or until it is set and top is golden brown. Cut into squares.

This is great for a brunch idea, make the night before then just cook the next day! Can substitute cooked bacon or sausage for ham
