2/3 cup milk
1 ¼ cup sugar
1 tsp. anise extract **

1 ¼ cup flour
½ tsp. baking powder

1 stick melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
mix egg, milk, sugar, anise extract. Add flour and baking powder. Add melted butter. Bake in a springform pan at 350° for 40-50 until golden brown.
