1 1/3 c. butter
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 c. dark brown sugar (add 1 tsp. molasses if using light brown sugar)
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 c. craisins
1 c. white chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped macadamia nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Blend butter and sugars until smooth. Mix in eggs and vanilla and beat till fluffy. Add flour and mix well. Fold in craisins, nuts, and white chips. Drop heaping teaspoon full of dough onto a non stick or greased cookie sheet 2 1/2 inches apart. Bake for 15-17 minutes until edges are beginning to brown. Cool 5 minutes before removing cookies from pan.
