2 lbs. lean ground beef
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. herb stuffing mix
2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 soup can of water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs, milk, salt, and pepper. Divide into 16 patties. Make stuffing mix following package directions. Scoop about 1/4 c. stuffing on 8 of the patties. Place a second patty on top,then press around edges to seal well. Put patties on a shallow baking pan. Brown in a 400 oven for 25 minutes. Mix soup with water --- pour over patties. Turn down over to 350º. Bake 30 minutes more. Spoon sauce over patties.
