1-1/2 (6 oz) cans of tomato paste
1 C. and 2 Tbsp. warm water
1/4 C. and 1 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1-1/2 tsp. minced garlic
3 Tbsp. honey
1-1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. dried marjoram
1/4 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. dried red pepper flakes
salt to taste

In a small bowl, combine tomato paste, water, Parmesan cheese, garlic, honey, onion powder, oregano, marjoram, basil, black pepper, cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes, and salt. Mix together, breaking up any lumps of cheese.

Cover and let sauce sit for 30 minutes to blend flavors. Spread over pizza dough.

I found this recipe on Allrecipes.com after wanting to find a pizza recipe I could make and use at school for students to make. Up until then, nothing really beat buying pizza from a pizza parlor. I found this and it instantly was a hit. After Heather found out she had celiac disease, it was the one thing I could make and place on her pizza crusts.
