Personal Notes:
This is a recipe I got from Brenda Gallagher when we were living in Levelland. It became a bit hit between us and the Gallagher's and we often made it when we ate dinner every weekend with them. We've even joked that we would like to bottle this and sell it! You can also use just about any type of wine with this. As years have gone by, we have tried different types of brandy, wine, etc.
