*You may use wings or thighs.

For 2 lbs:

1/2 C. sugar
1/2 C. shoyu
2 T. sake (optional)
dash salt
1 medium potato (cut in quarters)
2 stalks green onion (1 in. lengths)

For 5 lbs:

1 1/3 C. sugar
1 1/3 C. shoyu
1/3 C. sake (optional)
1 tsp. salt
2-3 medium potatoes (cut in quarters)
6 stalks green onion

Directions:
Directions:
Measure sugar, shoyu, sake and salt into pot. Heat to dissolve. Add chicken and potatoes and cook for 40-60 minutes, stirring occasionally. Just before done, add green onions and cook a minute.
