1 lb. medium shrimp
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 T. black beans (rinsed)
3 T. peanut oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 C. chicken broth
1 T. corn starch
2 T. chicken broth
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. oyster sauce
2 tsp. shoyu
chinese parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and devein shrimp. Saute garlic and mashed black beans in oil 1 minute. Add shrimp, salt and saute until shrimp just turns pink. Add hot chicken broth, corn starch dissolved in the 2 tablespoons of broth, sugar, oyster sauce and shoyu. Stir and simmer until sauce becomes translucent. Garnish with chinese parsley.
