1 C. of milk
1 C. of fruit (strawberries, bananas, blueberries, peach, or a combination of fruit)
3 T. of powdered sugar (more or less, depending on taste)
1/2 t. of vanilla, if desired
ice cubes

Add all ingredients to blender and blend. The amount of ice you use depends on how thick you want the smoothie to be - more will make it thicker, less will make it not as thick.

I have had my students make this over the past several years and they love it! I have even a a co-worker go home and experiment with this recipe and has told me he really likes peaches with peach yogurt. Try experimenting with it to your liking - this is only a guide!
