4 c. organic chicken broth (Imagine is good)
2 c. water
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or 1-2 c. leftover cooked chicken, cubed
3 or 4 carrots, diced small
1 celery rib, diced
1 small onion, chopped
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. dried basil or thyme
1 clove garlic, minced
1 pinch cinnamon
salt & pepper to taste
1 1/2 - 2 cups short egg noodles, tagliatelle broken up is great

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken until done and dice.
Combine all ingredients beginning with broth except for noodles & chicken and cook until veggies are done, about 30 minutes. Add noodles and chicken and cook until noodles are soft, about 15 minutes.
