1/2 c. chopped green onions
2 T. butter
1 9 oz. pkg frozen green beans
1 4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese (can use Colby Jack or cheddar, too)

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, saute onions in butter until tender. Add beans, mushrooms, lemon-pepper, & salt. Cover & cook over medium low heat for 5 minutes or until beans are tender. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover & let stand for 1 minute or til cheese melts.
