4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4-8 slices Swiss Cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. dry white wine or water
1 c. seasoned stuffing mix, crushed
1/4 c. margarine or butter
Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken breasts in greased baking dish. Top each breast with 1 or 2 slices of cheese. Mix soup with wine (or water). Spoon over chicken. Sprinkle herb stuffing over chicken. Drizzle melted butter over crumbs. Bake at 375º for 45 minutes, uncovered.
