1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 T. chopped onion
1 T. chopped green pepper
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, well beaten
1 T. butter, diced
salt, pepper, paprika

Directions:

Combine all ingredients. Pour into well-oiled baking dish. Bake at 325º for 1 hour.
