2 large sweet potatoes
1/2 c. sweet potato water from boiling pot
brown sugar, to taste
1/4 c. butter or margarine
cinnamon
marshmallows to cover
Directions:
Directions:
Cook 2 sweet potatoes in jackets until done, but not mushy. Remove peelings and slice. Put in 8x8" baking dish. Add 1/2 c. water from sweet potato boiling pot. Sprinkle potatoes with brown sugar and top with sliced butter pats. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon. Bake at 350 º for 1 hour. Top with marshmallows and return to 400º oven until marshmallows are melted and browned. This won't take very long.
