Salad:
2 3 oz. pkgs. orange jello
2 c. boiling water
1 small can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 small can crushed pineapple w/juice
1 small can mandarin oranges w/juice

Topping:
1 small pkg. instant lemon pudding
1 small cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Jello:
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add rest of ingredients. Pour into 9x12" dish. Refrigerate until firm.

Topping: Make pudding mix acc to package directions. Fold in cool whip and spread on jello mixture. Store in refrigerator.
