15 oz. can crushed pineapple, not drained
1/3 c. sugar
3 oz. pkg apricot jello
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. apricot nectar
1 c. shredded carrots
1 c. chopped pecans
8 oz. tub cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar & undrained pineapple. Boil and add jello until dissolved. Add cream cheese, stirring until melted. Add nectar, carrots, and pecans. Fold in cool whip. Pour into bowl. Chill until firmly jelled.
