1/2 c chopped celery
1/2 c chopped green onion
1/3 c green pepper
2 cloves fresh garlic or 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Sauce:
2 c tomato puree
1 12 oz can tomato paste
1/4 c greens (above)
1 Tbsp dry Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Place greens in blender and liquefy. Measure 1/4 cup. Freeze unused portion. Mix all sauce ingredients and refrigerate until needed.
