1 15 oz. can solid pack pumpkin
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 egg
2 flat tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2-1 small can (8 oz.) evaporated (Pet) milk (add whole can if filling is not too thin)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients well. Pour into unbaked 9" pie shell. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes. Tap with finger to make sure it is done.
