4 cups fine white sugar
2 cups light brown sugar
8 eggs

1 T salt
1 T maple flavor
4 T cinnamon
4 T Vanilla

Directions:
Mix together all but last 3 ingredients in a very large bowl with large or commercial mixer. Then, gradually add last 3 ingredients and mix well. Use an ice cream scoop to pack dough in a high ball, so the cookies will cook and look fat, not flat. Cook on 350º until done.

Personal Notes:
Kimela (Mrs. Paul) Dickerson gave me this recipe that her pastor, Barry Jones, from Ninth and Elm Church of Christ would make for their congregation. He made them a few times for the employees of Dupont Credit Union, they were outstanding and huge.
