Venison Casserole Recipe

1 lb. ground venison or ground beef
1 chopped green pepper
1 chopped onion
1 pkg. noodles
1 T. chili powder
1 can tomato soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream style corn
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place venison, green pepper and onion in skillet and brown well. Prepare noodles according to directions. Add to venison mixture. Add chili powder, salt and pepper, tomato soup, corn and 1/2 cheese and mix well. Pour into greased 2 qt.. casserole and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 325º for 1 1/2 hours.

Ground beef may be substituted for venison. This is a delicious dish.
