1 c. Light Corn Syrup
2 c. Sugar
2 1/2 c. raw peanuts
1 tsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Stir constantly from beginning to end!

Cook syrup and sugar over medium heat in a heavy pot until temp is 240 degrees. (Candy Thermometer) Add peanuts. Cook and Stir to 300 degrees. Stir in water, vanilla, and baking soda. Pour into a warm jelly roll pan. Let cool and break into pieces.
