2 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 tbs. flour
2 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 salt
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup chopped apples
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and sugar till smooth. Combine flour, baking powder, salt and add to mixture. Stir in nuts, apples, vanilla and bake in greased 9 X 13 pan at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
