2 c. fresh or frozen corn
1 egg, well beaten
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) can of oysters or 1/2 c. fresh oysters, sliced
1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine corn, egg, cracker crumbs, milk and oysters. Add seasonings and blend thoroughly. Pour into well-greased 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes.
