¾ C crushed graham crackers or 7 crackers
2 T butter
15 oz Ricotta cheese
8 oz plain yogurt
1 C sugar
2 T flour
2 T lemon juice
8 oz light cream cheese
¾ C frozen egg products
2 ½ t vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Make a crust with first two ingredients. Blend the cheese, yogurt, sugar, flour and lemon juice. Set aside and beat the cream cheese, egg products and vanilla then combine the two mixtures. Pour into crust and bake a t 325 for 1 hour. Cool and remove sides of springform pan and then serve with fruit garnish on top.
