1 ½ C pumpkin pie mix
1/3 C sugar
1 t vanilla
1 quart vanilla ice cream
1 C chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Stir pumpkin mix, sugar, and vanilla into softened ice cream. Refreeze. Shape into balls, chill and then roll in chopped nuts. Place snowballs in square baking dish and cover with foil. Keep frozen until ready to serve. Makes 9 balls.
