1 egg
¾ C sugar
1/8 t salt
¾ C flour
1 ½ t baking powder
1 C raw apples cut fine
1 C nuts chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Beat the eggs until fluffy and add sugar, gradually sift in flour and add rest of ingredients with the apples and nuts last. Place in a greased 8x8 inch pan and bake a t 350 for 35 min. Serve with whipped cream.
