20 lbs. quahogs
4-5 loafs Italian bread (hard)
cumin seed
Bells Seasoning
1 jar green oliver
poultry seasoning
wet red crushed pepper
6 eggs
1/2 bunch diced celery
4-5 cloves garlic (chopped)
2 large onions
bunch parsely

Directions:
Directions:
Grind quahogs, onion, celery, garlic, and olives. Wet bread and squeeze until dry and break up in pieces. Add quahog mixture then add seasonings to taste. Fry stuffing, stuff shells, and bake at 350º for 15-20 minutes
