12 slices bacon
3/4 C. tarragon vinegar
1/3 C. sugar
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
2 10-ounce packages fresh spinach, washed, torn into bite-size pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon in skillet until crisp. Remove bacon and crumble when cool; reserve. Pour off excess drippings, reserving 1 T. in skillet. Add vinegar, sugar, Worcestershire and mustard to drippings; cook until mixture begins to boil. Stir in spinach and reserved bacon; cook, covered, just until spinach is wilted, about 2 minutes. Serve immediately.
