1 pound hamburger
6 tbsp. flour
3 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, drain fat, add flour and stir until
flour is mixed well into the meat. Add milk and cook over medium heat. Stir constantly until thick. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve over mashed potatoes, toast or biscuits.

Hamburger gravy over toast is one of Clyde's favorite meals. That is next to bread and milk with
