½ cup butter (softened)
1 ½ tsp mayonnaise
½ tsp salt
½ tsp garlic sale
2 cans of crab meat
5 oz jar of Cheese Whiz
1 pkg Thomas’ English Muffins
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients. Spread on English Muffins. Cut each muffin into 4 pieces. Sprinkle generously with Parmesan Cheese and paprika. Bake at 350 about 10 minutes. Put under broiler to melt cheese. (Note: These can be made ahead and frozen. For best results, put them in the freezer on a tray and once they are frozen, store them in the freezer in plastic bags. Put the cheese and paprika on right before baking. Increase bake time to 13-15 minutes.)
