1 head Napa cabbage
1 bunch green onions, minced
1/4 c. butter
1 pkg. ramen noodles, broken
2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
1 c. sliced almonds
1/4 c. cider vinegar
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. white sugar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Finely shred cabbage, do not chop. Combine green onions and cabbage in large bowl.
3. For crunchies: Melt butter in small sauce pan. Mix in ramen noodles, sesame seeds and almonds. Spoon mixture onto baking sheet and bake at 350 until browned, turning often. Be careful not to burn.
4. For dressing: In small sauce pan, combine vinegar, oil, sugar and soy sauce. Bring to slight boil. Boil for 1 min, or until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
5. Just before serving, drizzle dressing over cabbage and onion mixture. Top with crunchies.
