1 1/3 c. Flour
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/3 c. & 1 tbsp. Cooking Oil
3 tbsp. Cold Milk

2 small pkg. (JELL-O Brand) Instant Pie Filling
2 3/4 c. Cold Milk
1/4 c. Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 c. Cool Whip

Pie Crust:
Heat oven to 425º. Mix flour and salt in medium bowl. Pour oil and milk into 1 cup measuring cup. DON'T STIR, add all at once to flour. Stir with fork until mixed. Press into smooth ball. Roll between 2 sheets of wax paper. Put on back of pie plate. Prick with a fork. Bake in oven 15 minutes. Remove from oven and put pie shell on inside of pie plate.

Cream Pie Filling:
In large bowl mix pudding and milk lightly with wire whip. Let thicken. Add 1/4 c. Sweetened Condensed Milk. Fold in Cool Whip. Put in fridge for 5 minutes. Spoon into cooled pie shell. Whip 1 cup whipping cream and spoon on top of pie when ready to serve.
