1 cup cornmeal
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup oat bran
3 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. low fat margarine or butter
2 eggs
1 cup 2% milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cornmeal, sugar, flour, baking powder together in a medium bowl.
Mix together butter, eggs and milk in a small bowl. Add to the dry ingredients, stirring just to mix. Turn into a greased pan.
Bake in a 400 degree oven for 25-30 minutes until lightly browned.

Makes one loaf.
Serves 4-6 people.
