2 1/4 cups quick-cooking oats,uncooked
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup chopped walnuts
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 1/4 T cinnamon
3/4 T baking soda
1/4 T nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Place in a decorative bowl, airtight gift container. Attach instructions.

Instructions: Place mix in a large bowl. Stir in one cup softened butter, one egg and one teaspoon vanilla extract. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes; cool.
