1 or 2 cans tomatoes
6 large green onions
3 small or 1 large can beef broth
1 pkg onion soup mix
1 bunch celery
1 bag frozen green beans
2 lbs carrots
2 green peppers
1 large cabbage

Directions:
Directions:
Chop and mix tomatoes, onions, broth, celery, cabbage, beans, carrots, peppers, soup mix. Simmer until vegatables are tender. Season with salt and pepper, curry, parsley or hot sauce.

This soup will not add calories to your diet. Eat as much as you want, for this one week diet.

If eaten for indefinite periods, you will suffer from malnutrition.

Diet Plan:
Day 1. Eat soup and all fruits exept bananas.
Day 2. All vegies, raw, cooked or canned, no dry beans, peas or corn. Reward yourself with baked potato and butter for dinner. Eat soup.
Day 3. Eat soup, fruits, veggies all you want. no baked potato.
Day 4. 3 Bananas, and lots of skim milk and Soup.
Day 5. 10 to 20 oz beef,1 can of tomatoes or 6 fresh tomatoes. Try to drink 6-8 glassed of water to wash uric acid out of body, eat soup at least once this day.
Day 6. Beef and Veggies. Eat all you want , 2 or 3 steaks if you want, no baked potato, Be sure to eat soup at least once.
Day 7. Brown rice, unsweetended juice and cooked or raw veggies. Stuff yourself and eat the soup.

If you haven't cheated for this week you can loose 10-17 lbs. Go off this diet at least 24 hours before any intake of alcohol.
You can eat boiled or baked skinless chicken instead of beef.
A DEFINITE NO: no bread, alcohol, carbonated drinks. Stick with water, unsweetened tea, black coffee, unsweetened juice and skim milk. No Fried foods.
