Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 T. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 bag marshmallows (not miniature or jet-puffed)
1 lb. powdered sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cocoa and butter in a large bowl. Add sugar, eggs, vanilla and flour. Stir; do not beat. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 25-35 minutes at 350º. Do not remove from pan. While cake is baking, cut each marshmallow in half. Kitchen shears work well.

As soon as the cake is taken from the oven, place marshmallows, cut side down, on the cake. They will melt slightly from the heat of the cake.

Prepare icing by combining the powdered sugar, cocoa, melted butter and evaporated milk. Beat until smooth. Pour over the marshmallows, covering them entirely. Let set before cutting into squares.
