2 lb hamburger meat
1 can mild enchilada sauce
1/2 onion

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lb Velveeta© cheese
1 small can chopped green chilies
1 16oz can Carnation© milk

Flour tortillas (corn can be used if you prefer)

Enchiladas
Cook hamburger meat w/ onion - drain fat. Add enchilada sauce to meat.
Add meat mixture to tortilla shells along with a small amount of shredded cheese, roll up, and put in cooking pan that has a small amount of the cheese sauce mixture in the bottom.

Cheese Sauce
Melt cheese in microwave or double boiler and add remaining ingredients. Pour a small amount of cheese sauce mixture in baking pan to cover bottom of dish. Add tortillas and then pour remaining cheese sauce over all the enchiladas.
Cover with foil and bake at 350º for 30 minutes.

Myra prefers to double the cheese sauce mixture in order to really cover the enchiladas.
