4 lb. rump roast
1 pkg. dry Italian seasoning mix
2 pkg. au jus gravy mix
2 cans beef consumme
1 cup water
1 pkg. hoagie Rolls or hamburger buns

Directions:
Directions:
Put roast in crock pot. Sprinkle dry seasoning mixes on top of the roast. Add beef consumme and water. Cook 8 hours on low. Beef should shred easily. Serve meat on sandwich rolls and use the au jus for dipping.
