2 1/2 lbs ground ham
2 lbs ground lean pork
1 lb ground beef
3 eggs
3 c. crushed graham crackers
2 c. milk

Sauce:
2 cans tomato soup
3/4 c. vinegar
2 1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ham, pork, hamburger in a large bowl. Add eggs, crackers and milk. Stir until well blended. Use an ice cream dipper to form meatballs. Place in baking pan. For sauce, combine ingredients using an electric blender. Pour over meatballs. Bake for 1 hr at 350º.

This recipe makes 30-40 hamballs. Great for a crowd, or freeze for later.
