Potatoes - red or Yukon gold boiled till fork tender with skin on; Celery-chopped; onion-chopped; hard boiled eggs-chopped; sweet pickle relish; mayonnaise (not miracle whip); mustard; celery or dill seed; salt and pepper

Once the potatoes are done peel them and chop into bite size pieces, if you peel them when still pretty warm the skin is easy to get off. Add all other ingredients to taste and refrigerate.

As you may have noticed I have not added any measurements because Oma (Mom) doesn't use them in this salad. It all depends on how much salad you want to make. I like a lot of egg so I may cook a dozen. Oma doesn't add much mustard it really just adds a hint of yellow to the salad. Hope you enjoy!
