1 loaf French bread.
5 eggs.
3/4 c. milk.
1/4 tsp. baking powder.
1T. Vanilla extract.
1 20 oz. bag frozen whole strawberries.
4 ripe, sliced bananas.
1 c. sugar.
1T. apple pie spice.

Directions:
Directions:
Use 9"by 13' pan. Cut bread into 8 thick slices. (longer, skinnier loaf, cut 1 1/2" pieces to fill pan.)
Combine eggs, milk, baking powder & vanilla. Pour over bread. Cover & refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, combine strawberries.(I cut some of the biggest ones in half), bananas, sugar & spice. Put in greased 9" by 13" pan and top with prepared bread. ( I dump the bread out on a cookie sheet, rinse out the pan, grease & use it. Put bread on berries same direction it sits on cookie sheet) . Sprinkle with Cinnamon Sugar. Bake in 450šoven 20-25 minutes...Invert onto serving platter.
