Thick slice bread...I use Challah bread (egg bread)
2 eggs
dash salt and pepper
splash of milk
dash of cinnamon
dash of numeg
Capn Crunch cereal (crushed)
butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat pan on stovetop at medium heat or use a griddle set at approx 350 degrees. Melt butter in pan or griddle and make sure it is hot. Whisk together eggs and milk. Add salt,pepper,cinnamon and nutmeg. Dredge bread in egg mixture on both sides. Then place the bread in the crushed cereal and coat on both sides. Place bread on pan or griddle until brown on both sides. Serve up with your favorites, powdered sugar,strawberries and whip cream or syrup.
