3 large cucumbers, washed and scored with a fork,
sliced very thin
1 red or yellow pepper sliced thin
1 sweet onion sliced thin
1 Tablespoon salt
1 Tablespoon celery seeds
3/4 Cup sugar
1/2 Cup cider vinegar

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate several hours before serving.
