6 medium potatoes cubed,
3 T olive oil,
2-1/2 T fresh lime juice,
1-1/2 tsp. chili powder,
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce,
1-1/2 cups cooked and drained black beans,
3/4 cup corn kernels,
1 cup diced tomatoes,
1/2 cup sliced green onions with tops

Directions:

In large saucepan, cook potatoes covered in boiling water 10-12 minutes or until just tender. Drain and cool. Whisk together oil, lime juice, chili powder and pepper sauce. Add potatoes and remaining ingredients. Toss gently to mix. Season with salt and pepper.
