Meat Balls:
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1-5oz. can waterchestnuts (drained & chopped)
1/3 c. oatmeal
1 egg
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1 T. soy sauce
1 small clove pressed garlic
1/2 c. milk

Sauce:
1-8 oz. can crushed pineapple drained (save juice)
3/4 c. beef bouillon OR 1 bouillon cube dissolved in 3/4 c. water
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 c. brown sugar
2 T. corn starch
1/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. chopped green pepper

Meat Balls:
Mix all ingredients & make small meat balls.
Place meatballs in a baking pan and bake for 25 mins.
Drain grease & set aside.

Sauce:
Mix sugar & cornstarch in medium sauce pan.
Add pineapple juice, bouillon, vinegar, soy sauce.
Stir constantly until thick & clear.
Bring to a boil for 1 min.
Stir in green peppers and pineapple.
Add sauce to meat balls.
Serve hot in a casserole dish or crockpot. Reheats well in microwave.
