12 frozen blintzes (I use 6 cheese and 6 blueberry)
5 T. butter or margarine
4 eggs
1 1/2 C. light sour cream
1/2. tsp. salt
1/4 C. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 T. orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in microwave in 9 x13x2 baking dish. Place frozen blintzes in baking dish in one layer. In a blender (or food processor) add eggs, sour cream, salt, sugar, vanilla and orange juice. Blend well and pour over the blintzes.
Cover and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight. Bake in preheated 350ºF oven for 30-45 minutes (until puffed and lightly brown on top).
