3/4 t. Salt
1/2 t. Sugar
1/2 t. Paprika
1/4 t. Ground Dry Mustard
1/4 t. Garlic Powder
3 Medium Baking Potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix salt, sugar, paprika, mustard, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Cut un-peeled potatoes lengthwise in half, then cut each half into 4 slices lengthwise. Place skin side down in pan. Spray wedges with cooking spray until lightly coated. Sprinkle with salt mixture. Bake uncovered 25-30 minutes on 425º or until potatoes are tender.
